Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FanFuel (“the Service”), available at fanfuel.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

FanFuel is an AI-powered platform that helps content creators analyze audience comments to extract content ideas, generate deep dives, and create production-ready scripts. The Service is provided on a freemium basis with optional paid subscription tiers.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of your payment processor. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@fanfuel.art.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you provide to the Service (comments, channel data, etc.). FanFuel retains ownership of the platform, its design, code, and branding.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-Generated Content

Content ideas, deep dives, scripts, and other outputs generated by FanFuel's AI are provided as suggestions only. We do not guarantee their accuracy, originality, or suitability for any purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content derived from the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FanFuel and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
